What if my son is absent?
In the event a student misses a meal, Aramark will not provide any meal credits. Aramark will not prorate any meals or meal plans.
My son will be going off island and have extended absences. Are you able to make adjustments?
Credits will only be allowed with Saint Louis School Administration approval for long absences and advanced notice for travel. This should be done at least 2 weeks before your trip. Contact the school administrator for approval first, then email Mark Hirata.
